Welcome to the homepage of the artist Robert Philippi!

The Graz born artist Robert Philippi was part of the extended circle of friends of Egon Schiele and, as an assistant to Franz Cizek, came in touch with the Vienna Kinetism. His early work is dominated by drawings and woodcuts, later he also turned to painting. Nudes and erotic subjects always took an important role in his work.
